- There's no such thing as "enough" chocolate, but I ate (and drank) a fair amount today. For dessert, I'm thinking about a nice green salad. #
- Surprisingly, chocolate sauce flavored with Roquefort actually works. Also had an onion-chocolate compote that wasn't bad at all. #
- Eating a foie gras sandwich with fig and chocolate chutney. Just to cleanse the palate between chocolate tastings, you understand. #
